Jendela360, an Indonesian- based online real estate agency managed to secure US$1 million in a funding round led by Beenext.

Prasetia Dwidharma, Everhaus and a strategic investor who runs an international property consulting firm in Indonesia also co-invested in the company.

The pioneering company that first popularized the use of 360 virtual tours of the property world in Indonesia will use the funding to strengthen its position in the real estate realm by bringing an online to offline (O2O) approach so that property transactions are not only more efficient due to the role of technology, but also more effective because of the human relation approach.

Established in 2016, the company was founded by Daniel Rannu (CEO), Kiki Guzali (COO),and Ade Indra (CFO). Through many innovations, including 360 virtual tour, credit card installments, hotline customer service, Jendala360 aims to be the no. 1 choice for customers looking to find an apartment for their stay.

“We will also use the funding for recruiting more talents, creating an academy or training system that can create a professional and standardised real estate agent for overall brand awareness and good customer experience,” said Kiki Guzali, co-founder of Jendela360.

Daniel Rannu, co-founder and CEO of Jendala360, added that the funding is also proof that what Jendala360 has done so far has had a positive impact on the property industry in Indonesia. This can be seen from how the proptech startups have grown more than 30 times in the last three years.

“This trend is seen by investors who put great trust in us to continue to revolutionize the Real Estate industry by embracing the role of technology,” Daniel said.

Meanwhile, Ade Indra, Co-founder and CFO of Jendala360, explains that property is an exciting and never ending business field. However, to date, there has not been much innovation in this area through the achievements of the last three years assisted by the latest funding.

“We are ready to bring new innovation and fresh air to real estate developers in Indonesia, whether investors, developers, real estate agents, and of course the Indonesian community as our final customer,” Ade explained.

In 2018, Jendela360 made news when it collaborated with Blibli to launch an apartment rental channel. This allows users to search for apartments on the platform, contact property agents for appointments, and do transactions using Blibli InStore app.
