San Diego, CA, United States – March 24, 2022

ADL Embedded Solutions (ADLES) has a meaningful role to play in the work performed by an important organization aptly named Project Recover. Actively involved in Project Recover is The Scripps Institute of Oceanography, part of University of California San Diego and one of the many satisfied clients of ADLES.

Project Recover is a non-profit organization that works to bring America’s missing in action (MIAs) home. Its scope of work includes finding missing ships, aircraft, and submarines in the ocean.

ADLES is on a mission to help The Scripps Institute of Oceanography and, by extension, Project Recover, reveal the secrets hidden in the ocean. ADLES’ solutions provide high-performance, compact, system-critical grade SBCs, and for the purposes of Project Recover, The Scripps Institute of Oceanography required ADLES’ 3800PC SBC.

JC Ramirez, the Vice President of ADL Embedded Solutions, says: “For mission-critical industrial applications in underwater environments, real-time results and operational efficiency are essential. In the case of Project Recover, underwater search missions typically last four to eight hours but can last the entire day.” Mr. Ramirez adds: “We offer holistic embedded solutions to our clients. Our experience in the rugged and embedded industry and attention to customers’ individual specification needs put us in an excellent position to do that.”
