When TC1 Gel (@tc1gel) was first created, they wanted to help people get into amazing shape. After amassing hundreds of thousands of followers on social media and thousands of sales on their online stores, their mission remains the same: to help people get into the best shape of their lives.
Of course, there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes in order to make that happen. In fact, TC1 Gels and their founder James Cork work around the clock to ensure that their customers get more than the best products on the market: they strive for their customers to get results no matter what they are doing.
TC1 has always been a big proponent of making fitness your passion, and not everyone is passionate about going to the gym. TC1 not only wants to help further your love for fitness, they also want those with less experience to have an enjoyable experience. It doesn’t matter your preferred form of exercise, whether it’s lifting weights or playing sports, TC1 wants to help you with your goals.
During the coronavirus, we’ve learned that going to the gym isn’t always going to be a viable option. Sometimes we need to get creative with our workouts. That’s why TC1 came out with their signature sweat ignition gel in the first place. This gel is truly a gamechanger in that it allows people to do whatever workout they want, while still getting an extra boost of sweat igniting formula that allows them to get more out of their workout of choice. It really is a unique product in that you can literally do anything you want and still get a great workout.
Now that we’re trapped at home for the foreseeable future, you may want to check out the TC1 workout resistance bands. You can check out the TC1 App to learn more about what exercises you can do around the house with those bands in order to crush your next home workout.
And while working out can be hard sometimes, TC1 has an interesting tip that can help you be more consistent in your workout routine:
It’s more effective to take things easy. That might sound counterproductive, but sometimes taking it easy is the best way to gain consistency. You’ve been there before: you hit the gym for the first time in a while and you woke up feeling really sore. You dread the thought of going back to the gym. TC1 recommends doing less than you can during a workout, explaining that if you do half of what you’re capable of, chances are you’ll be willing to go again. When you can build consistency with fitness, even if you’re just doing less than you can, you’ll end up getting in more workouts than you would if you were going all out just once or twice a week. Keep that in mind the next time you go to exercise.
