Wabisuke is a popular ramen shop in Sapporo, Hokkaido. It is featured that the ramen of Wabisuke is not used any chemical ingredients. All flavour of the soup is from its original ingredients and noodles are homemade. The owner of Wabisuke, is committed to the soup and noodles.
Soup is called as double soup which combines chicken based meat stock and small dried sardine based seafood stock. Sauce of the bowl is miso, fermented soybean paste. It is not only brought out the flavour of miso, but also the taste of seafood. Spicy miso is prepared for spicy lovers. It is added the special spicy miso and green seaweed on top of the ramen. They melt in the soup and make another flavour. Both normal miso ramen and spicy miso ramen can be enjoyed from S$14.9 in Ramen Gallery Takumen.
