She will begin her remarks at 11:45 am on January 4, 2018, and will speak for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. The practice is also announcing the launch of the Autumn Beck Blackledge Female Entrepreneurial Scholarship, which is being offered to students at a Tate High School in Pensacola, Florida. One female Tate High School Senior graduating in the Spring of 2018 will be chosen to receive a $500 Scholarship from Autumn Beck Blackledge, PLLC. A 750-word essay must be submitted by Jan 5th, 2018 to Tate Guidance. The essay response will answer the question: “What does it take to be an entrepreneur and how will you make a positive impact on your community?”

All applicants must be a female Tate High School senior graduating in 2018 who is planning to
enroll at a college, university, or trade school in the Spring or Fall of 2018. One (1) applicant (the “recipient”) will receive a one-time $500 scholarship to be applied to a qualified trade school, college or university (including tuition, fees, books, and on-campus room and board) for the 2018-2019 academic year. Funds are provided by Autumn Beck Blackledge, PLLC, and will be made payable directly via mail to the accredited trade school, college or university last designated by the recipient after July 1, 2018.

After the January 5th, 2018 deadline, the recipient will be selected by a team of judges following review of all entries received prior to the deadline. Entries are judged on creativity and insight, writing quality, and research quality and veracity. All entries are to be turned into Tate guidance no later than January 5, 2018. The recipient will be announced on or about January 30th, 2018, notified directly by Autumn Beck Blackledge, PPLC by email at the email address.
