Dublin, Ireland – DIDWW, a leading global provider of virtual numbers to operators and customers around the globe has announced enhanced capabilities to its self-service DID portal. These enhancements include new user roles and multi-accounts.
Founded in 2004, DIDWW enables telecom companies to innovate and create differentiated products by offering numbers from over 78 countries. These services help customers to attract more business, increase profitability, reduce churn and improve overall client satisfaction.
DIDWW allows users to quickly and easily log in to the user portal to request and provision their chosen virtual numbers in real-time, or to leverage the DIDWW API to integrate with their own systems or platforms. DIDWW takes care of all the local regulations and connection routes, and the global, geo-redundant network is fully managed and monitored to ensure high-quality levels and abuse monitoring.
According to Lina Zaboras, the CEO at DIDWW, the addition of user roles and multi-accounts to the portal is part of the company’s constant efforts to place the customer at the centre of the organization.
“At DIDWW, we strive to ensure the best user experience for our users. This commitment requires continuous improvements to our self-service User Panel, and we constantly develop functionality to enhance their experience with the platform. We’re pleased to release our new Roles and Multi-Access functions, which will allow even more control for customers,” she says.
The Roles function will allow the account owner to invite users to his/her account by assigning a certain role or roles to the invitee, while the Multi-Accounts feature allows a user to create and switch between multiple accounts on the DIDWW User Panel under a single login, making administration completely seamless.
“These new features have been designed to make the lives of our customers even easier, allowing them to configure and efficiently maintain their communication services in a way that works for their business. We will continue building on our solution, taking client requests into consideration, and look forward to continuing to collaborate and innovate together,” concludes Mrs. Zaboras.
DIDWW operates the largest global cloud voice and SMS platform for telecommunications operators and users. The DIDWW platform is built on a robust, geo-redundant private global network and offers fully compliant international coverage of local, national, mobile, toll-free, and SMS-enabled virtual phone numbers, as well as the associated call termination service.
At the heart of the organization is a team of highly motivated professionals who are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions, superior value, and unrivalled service experience.
